(و) إن ترك التسميةَ (سهوًا) فإنها (تُباح) لحديث شدَّاد بن سعد قال: "قال رسولُ الله -صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ-: ذبيحةُ المسلم حلالٌ وإن لم يُسَمِّ؛ إذا لم يتعمد" رواه سعيد .
