(فإن فعل) أي: كسر عنقه، أو قطع عضوًا منه ونحوه قبل زهوق نفسه (أساء، وأُكِلت) لأن الذكاة تمَّت بالذبح، فما كان بعدها فهو غيرُ معتبر.
