ومن ذبح حيونا فوجد في بطنه جرادا أو سمكة في حوصلة طائر أو حبا في بعر جمل ونحوه لم يحرم وكره

(ومن ذبح حيوانًا فوجد في بطنه جرادًا أو) وجد (سمكة في حوصلة طائر) أو في بطن سمكة (أو) وجد (حَبًّا في بعر جمل ونحوه) مما يؤكل (لم يحرم) لأنه طعام طاهر وُجِد في محلٍّ طاهر، فلم يحرم؛ ولأنه لم يتغير، أشبهَ ما لو وجدَه ملقًى (وكره) خروجًا من خلاف مَن حَرَّمه؛ لأنه رجيع.
