(ويحل مذبوحٌ منبوذ) أي: ملقًى (بموضع يحلُّ ذَبْحُ أكثر أهله، ولو جُهِلت تسمية الذابح) لأنه يتعذَّر الوقوفُ على كلّ ذابح، وعملًا بالظاهر. وتقدم حديثُ عائشة .
