(وإن رميا) أي: الصائدان، مع أهلية كل منهما وتسميته (الصيدَ معًا فقتلاه، كان) الصيد (حلالًا) كما لو اشتركا في ذبحه (وملكاه بينهما) نصفين لاشتراكهما في إصابته، سواء تساوى الجرحان أو تفاوتا.
