(فإن كان جُرحُ أحدهما) أي: الصائدين معًا (مُوَحِّيًا، و) الجرح (الآخر غير مُوَحٍّ ولا يثبته) أي: الصيد (مثله) أي: مثل ذلك الجرح (فهو) أي: الصيد (لصاحب الجرح المُوَحِّي) لانفراده بإثباته.
