(الشرط الثاني: الآلة، وهي نوعان: أحدهما محدد (٢) ، فيشترط له) أي: للمحدد (ما يشترط لآلة الذكاة) لأن جرحه قائم مقام ذكاته، فاعتُبر له ما يُعتبر في آلة الذكاة. (ولا بدَّ من جَرْحِه) أي: الصيد (به) أي: بالمحدد
