(وكذا إن أصاب) السهم أو نحوه الصيد (بحدّه، فلم يجرح) الصيد (وقتلـ) ه (بثقله) فلا يحِلّ، كقتل المِعْراض بثقله؛ لأن عِلَّة الحِلّ الجرحُ، وحيث لم يوجد؛ لم يحل الصيد.
