(و) لو حلف: (لَيُطلِّقَنَّ ضَرَّتها، بَرَّ بـ) ـطلاق (رجعي) لأنه طلاق (إن لم تكن نيةٌ أو قرينةٌ تقتضي الإبانة) فلا يَبَرأ إلا بها.
