(وإن نوى) مَن نذر الصدقة بماله: (ثمينًا (١) ) منه (أو) نوى (مالًا دون مال، كصامت أو غيره، أُخِدَ بنِيَّتِهِ؛ لأن الأموال تختلف عند الناس) والنيَّة مخصصة.
