(وإن لم يكن فيه من يصلح) للقضاء (كَتَب) القاضي (إلى ثقاتٍ من أهل ذلك الموضع، ليتوسَّطُوا بينهما) لأن ذلك طريق إلى قطع الخصومة، مع عدم المشقَّة الحاصلة بالإحضار.
