(وإن ادعى شيئًا، فأقرَّ) المدعى عليه (له بغيره، لزمه) ما أقرَّ به (إذا صدَّقه المُقَرُّ له) مؤاخذةً له بإقراره (والدعوى بحالها) فللمُدَّعي إقامة البينة أو تحليفه.
