(ومن دعا شريكه فيها) أي: في الدُّور الصغار، ونحوها - مما تقدم - إلى البيع، أُجْبِر (أو) دعا شريكه (في شَرِكة عبد، أو بهيمة، أو سيف، ونحوه) ككتاب (إلى البيع، أُجْبِر) إن امتنع على البيع؛ ليتخلَّص الطالب من ضرر الشركة
