(فإن لم يعرفه) أي: لم يعرف الأعمى الفاعل (إلا بعينه، قُبلت) شهادته (إذا وصفه) الأعمى (للحاكم بما يتميز به) لأن المقصود تميّز المشهود عليه من غيره، وقد حصل، فوجب قَبوله لذلك.
