(ولا) شهادة (أحد الشفيعين بعفو الآخر عن شُفعته) لأنه مُتَّهم (أو) أي: ولا تُقبل شهادةُ الشفيع بـ (ـبيع الشّقص الذي تجب فيه الشُّفعة) للتُّهمة.
