(ولا) تُقبل شهادةُ (غريمٍ لمفلس بمال بعد الحَجْرِ) على المَدين للفَلَس (أو) أي: ولا تقبل شهادةُ الغريم (لميتٍ له عليه دَيْن بمال (١) ) لأن ذلك المال يعود إلى الغريم، فكأنه شَهِد لنفسه.
