(وإنْ قدِمت امرأةٌ من بلاد الروم ومعها طفلٌ، فأقرّ به رجُلٌ) أنه ابنُه مع إمكانه ولا منازع (لِحَقِهِ) نسبُه؛ لوجود الإمكان وعدم المُنازع، والنسبُ يُحتاط لإثباته
