كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وله) أي: سيدها (على الزوج أقلُّ الأمرين من ثَمنها، أو مَهْرِها) لأنه اليقين (ويحلف) الذي تُسَلَّم له (لزائد) لأنه يُنكِره، والأصلُ براءتُه منه (فإنْ نَكَلَ) عن الحَلِف الزائد (لزمه) قضاءً عليه بنكوله.
