(وإن أولدها، فهو) أي: الولد (حُرٌّ، ولا ولاء عليه) لاعتراف السيد بذلك، باعترافه بالبيع (ونفقته) أي: الولد (على أبيه) كسائر الأحرار (ونفقتها على الزوج؛ لأنه إما زوج أو سيد. فإن ماتت) الأمَة
