(وإن قال) :إن أقررتُ بكَ لزيدِ فـ ( أنتْ حُرٌ ساعةَ إقراري) وأقرَّ به لزيد (لم يصحَّا) أي: لا الإقرار، ولا العتق؛ للتنافي (ذكره في "الرعاية") وتقدَّم أنه جزم به في العتق
