(ومن أمن في الصلاة) انتقل وبنى، وأتمها صلاة أمن (أو خاف) في الصلاة (انتقل وبنى) وأتمها صلاة خائف؛ لأن بناءه في الصورتين على صلاة صحيحة، كما لو ابتدأ صحيحًا ثم مرض وعكسه.
