(ومن صلى صلاة الخوف لسواد ظنه عدوًا فلم يكن، أو كان) عدو (وثَم) أي هناك (مانع) بينه وبين العدو كبحر ونحوه (أعاد) الصلاة؛ لأنه لم يوجد المبيح، أشبه من ظن الطهارة ثم علم بحدثه، وسواء استند ظنه لخبر ثقة أو غيره
