(وهي) أي الجمعة (أفضل في حقهم، و) في (حق المميز، و) في حق (من لا تجب عليه لمرض، أو سفر) وكل من اختلف في وجوبها عليه. وقوله: (من الظهر) متعلق بأفضل للاختلاف في وجوبها عليهم.
