(وإلا) بأن لم يكن نواها ظهرًا، أو لم يكن دخل وقتها (انعقدت نفلًا) كمن أحرم بفرض قبل وقته غير عالم (ولا يصح إتمامها جمعة) لعدم إدراكه لها بدون ركعة لما تقدم.
