(ولا يكبر عقب نافلة) خلافًا للآجري؛ لأنها صلاة لا تشرع لها الجماعة، أو غير مؤقتة، فأشبهت الجنازة وسجود التلاوة. (ولا) يكبر (من صلى وحده) لقول ابن مسعود: "إنما التكبيرُ على منْ صلَّى جماعةً" رواه ابن المنذر (١) . ولأنه ذكر مختص بوقت العيد، فأشبه الخطبة.
