(وإن مات له أقارب) أو موالٍ الأَوْلى بهم غيرُه (دفعة واحدة، بهدم ونحوه) كغرق وطاعون (ولم يمكن تجهيزهم دفعة واحدة، استحب أن يبدأ بالأخوف فالأخوف) لئلا يفسد بتأخيره.
