(فإن قطعها) أي: الثمرة (قبله) أي: قبل بدو صلاحها (لغرض صحيح، كأكل أو بيع أو تخفيف) أصلها (أو تحسين بقيتها: فلا زكاة فيه) أي: المقطوع قبل بدوّ صلاحه، كما لو أكل السائمة أو باعها قبل الحول
