(وباقيه) أي: الركاز (له) أي: لواجده، لفعل عمر وعلي:"دفَعَا باقِي الركازِ لواجدِهِ"؛ ولأنه مال كافرٍ مظهور عليه، فكان لواجده بعد الخمس، كالغنيمة. (ولو) كان واجده (ذميًّا، ومستأمنًا بدارنا، ومكاتبًا، وصغيرًا، ومجنونًا) كغيرهم
