(إلا أن يعدَّ) الجوهر ونحوه (فيه) أي: في الحَلْي (للكِراء أو للتجارة) فيقوَّم ما فيه من الجوهر ونحوه، تبعًا للنقد؛ لأنه مال تجارة (كما تقدم) في الباب .
