كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(ولا) تلزم الفِطرة (من استأجر أجيرًا، أو ظئرًا بطعامه وكسوته، كضيف) لأن الواجب هاهنا أجرة تعتمد الشرط في العقد، فلا يزاد عليها، كما لو كانت دراهم، ولهذا تختص بزمن مقدَّر، كسائر الأُجَر.
