(وكذا الإمام أو نائبه، إذا حصلتا) أي: الفطرة وزكاة المال (عنده، فقسمهما، ردَّهما) أي: جاز للإمام أن يردهما (إلى من أُخذتا منه، وتقدم بعض ذلك) وتوضيحه .
