(وله) أي: الساعي (بيع الزكاة من ماشية وغيرها لحاجةٍ، كخوف تَلَفٍ، ومؤنة، ومصلحة) لحديث قيس بن أبي حازم، ويأتي. (و) له (صرفه في الأحظِّ للفقراء، أو حاجتهم، حتى في أُجرة مسكن) لأنه دفع الزكاة في حاجتهم، أشبه ما لو دفعها إليهم.
