(ولو تردَّد في الفِطر، أو نوى أنه سيفطر ساعة أخرى، أو إن وجدتُ طعامًا أكلتُ، وإلا أتممتُ، ونحوه، بطل) صومه؛ لتردُّده في النيَّة (كصلاة) أي: كما تبطل الصلاة بتردُّده في فسخ نيتها؛ إذِ استصحاب حكم النية شرط في صحة الصلاة والصوم والوضوء، ونحوها.
