(ولا يركعه) أي: النفل (وقتَ نهي) للأخبار السابقة في أوقات النَّهي (ولا من عَدِمَ الماءَ والترابَ) أو عَجَزَ عن استعمالهما لقروح لا يستطيع معها مسَّ البشرة، لِفَقْد شرطه.
