(ويُستحبُّ التلفُّظُ بما أحرم) به (فيقصِدُ بنيَّتِه نُسُكًا معينًا) لفعله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - وفِعْل من معه في حَجَّة الوداع؛ ولأن أحكام ذلك تختلف، فاستُحِبَّ تعيينه ليترتب عليه مقتضاه.
