(ولا يسقطُ دمُ تمتُّعٍ وقِرانٍ بفساد نُسُكِهما) نصَّ عليه ؛ لأن ما وجب الإتيان به في الصحيح وجب في الفاسد، كالطواف وغيره. (ولا) يسقط دمُ تمتُّع وقِران -أيضًا- (بفواته) أي: الحج كما لو فسد.
