(وإن كفَّر عن) الفِعل (الأول، لزمته للثاني (١) كفَّارة) ثانية؛ لأن السبب الموجب للكفَّارة الثانية غير عين السبب الموجب للكفَّارة الأُولى، أشبه ما لو حلف ثم حنث وكفَّر، ثم حلف وحنث.
