(ويجتمع الضمانُ) لمالكه (والجزاءُ) لمساكين الحرم (إذا كان) الصيد (ملكًا للغير) أي: غير متلفه؛ لأنه حيوان مضمون بالكفارة، فجاز أن يجتمع التقويم والتكفير في ضمانه كالعبد (وتقدم) في السادس من المحظورات .
