(وإن ألقته) أي: الجنين (حيًّا لوقتٍ يعيشُ مثله، ثم مات، ففيه جزاؤه) وإن كان لوقت لا يعيش لمثله، فكالميت، جزم به في "المغني" و"الشرح".
