(ومن كان خارج الحرم) أي: حرم مكة (دون الميقات) أي المواقيت التي سبقت (فـ) ميقات إحرامه بالحجِّ أو العُمْرة (من دُويرة أهله) كما تقدم في باب المواقيت، لحديث ابن عباس السابق هناك .
