(وتُباح) العُمْرة (كلَّ وَقْتٍ) من أوقات السنة في أشهر الحج وغيرها (فلا يُكره الإحرام بها يوم عَرفة، و) لا يوم (النَّحْر، و) لا أيام (التشريق) لأن الأصل الإباحة، ولا دليل على الكراهة.
