(و) ينقض (مس رجل فرجها) . (و) ينقض (مسها ذكره، ولو من غير شهوة) ؛ لأنه إذا انتقض وضوء الإنسان بمس فرجه نفسه مع كون الحاجة تدعو إلى مسه، وهو جائز. فلأن ينتقض بمس فرج غيره، مع كونه معصية أولى.
