(ولا يبرأ من الهدي) الواجب عليه (إلا بذبحه أو نَحْره) في وقته ومحله؛ إذ المقصود إراقة الدم كالتوسعة على الفقراء. (ويُباح للفقراء الأخذ من الهَدْي إذا لم يدفعه إليهم بالإذن، كقوله)
