(فإن أكل أكثر) الأُضحية (أو أهدى أكثر) ها (أو أكلها كلها) إلا أوقية تصدق بها جاز (أو أهداها كلها إلا أوقية تصدق بها، جاز؛ لأنه يجب الصدقة ببعضها نِيْئًا على فقير مسلم) لعموم: {وَأَطْعِمُوا الْقَانِعَ وَالْمُعْتَرَّ}.
