(وإلا) أي: وإن لم يكن قَدْر حقِّه بأن زاد (فكمُعتِق شِقصًا) من مشترك يعتق قَدْر ما يملكه، وباقيه بالسراية إن كان موسرًا بقيمة الباقي، وإلا؛ فبقدر ما هو موسر به منها.
