(إلا عبيدَهم، فلا يُفرد العبدُ بالعطاء) نص عليه ؛ لأنه مال، فلا حَظَّ له فيه كالبهائم (بل يُزاد سيدُه) لأجله. وذكر الخطابي أن الصِّدِّيق أعْطى العبيد .
