(ولا تجوز مطالبته بها عقب عقد الذِّمة) لأنه لا يصح شرط تعجيلها، ولا يقتضيه الإطلاق. قال الأصحاب: لأنا لا نأمن نقض أمانه، فيسقط حقه من العِوض.
