(و) يصح بيع (لبن آدميَّة، ولو) كانت (حُرَّة) أي: المنفصل منها؛ لأنه طاهر مُنتفَع به كلبن الشاة؛ ولأنه يجوز أخذ العِوض عنه في إجارة الظِّئْر فيضمنه مُتْلفه (ويُكره) للمرأة بيع لبنها، نص عليه .
