(ولا يصح بيع) قِنٍّ (منذور عِتقه. قال ابن نصر الله: نَذْرَ تَبَرُّر) لأن عتقه وجب بالنذر، فلا يجوز إبطاله ببيعه، كالهَدي المعيَّن. واحترز ابن نصر الله عن نَذْر اللَّجَاج، فيصح البيع؛ لإجزاء الكفارة عنه.
