(فإن أحضر) البائع ما نسجه من الثوب وبقية السَّدى و (اللُّحمة وباعها مع الثوب، وشرط على البائع نسجَها) أي: البقية (صحَّ) البيع والشرط (إذ هو اشتراط منفعة البائع، على ما يأتي في الشروط في البيع) كاشتراط حمل الحطب، أو تكسيره.
